2-Minute Coffee Mousse

☕ A light, airy, and decadent dessert that comes together in just 2 minutes—no baking, no eggs, just pure coffee bliss!

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (very cold)

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (or to taste)

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee granules (or espresso powder)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional toppings: Chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Chill Your Tools

    • Place a mixing bowl and beaters/whisk in the freezer for 5 minutes (this helps the cream whip faster).

  2. Whip the Cream

    • In the chilled bowl, combine cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, instant coffee, and vanilla.

    • Whip with a hand mixer (or whisk vigorously) for 1-2 minutes until stiff peaks form.

  3. Serve Immediately

    • Spoon into glasses or bowls.

    • Top with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder.

Chef’s Notes

  • For stronger coffee flavor: Dissolve the granules in 1 tsp hot water before adding to the cream.

  • Make it boozy: Add 1 tbsp coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa).

  • Dairy-free? Use coconut cream (chilled overnight).

Why You’ll Love It:
✅ Ready in 120 seconds—faster than brewing coffee!
✅ Elegant but effortless—perfect for unexpected guests.
✅ Customizable—try matcha or chai powder instead of coffee.

Pair with a biscotti or enjoy solo for a quick caffeine-powered treat! ☕💨
