2-Minute Gluten-Free Strawberry Yogurt Dessert

Ingredients:

750g fresh strawberries (washed, hulled *+ 4 whole berries reserved for garnish*)

450g natural yogurt (3.6% fat or preferred type—Greek yogurt for extra creaminess)

2 packets vanilla sugar (16g total) or 2 tsp sugar + ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:

Blend the strawberries

Add 750g hulled strawberries to the blender and pulse until smooth (or leave slightly chunky for texture).

Sweeten the yogurt

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with vanilla sugar (or sugar + vanilla extract).

Layer & garnish

Alternate layers of strawberry purée and sweetened yogurt in glasses.
