3-Ingredient Diabetic Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons erythritol or your preferred sugar substitute (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, unsweetened cocoa powder, and erythritol. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more erythritol.
  3. Chill: Refrigerate the mousse for about 30 minutes to allow it to firm up and the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve: Scoop into small bowls or glasses and enjoy! You can garnish with a few berries or a sprinkle of cocoa powder if desired.
