Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mixture:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and creamy peanut butter. Use a hand mixer or a spoon to mix them together until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add Powdered Sugar:

    • Gradually add the powdered sugar to the peanut butter and cream cheese mixture, mixing well after each addition until the mixture is smooth and thick.
  3. Form the Balls:

    • Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet or tray.
  4. Chill:

    • Place the tray of peanut butter balls in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:

    • After chilling, the peanut butter balls are ready to enjoy! They’re the perfect sweet, creamy, and irresistible treat.

You can also dip them in chocolate (optional) for an extra indulgent touch, or drizzle with melted chocolate for a pretty presentation.
