3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

(Quick, Easy & Irresistible!)

These cookies are chewy, peanut buttery, and made with just 3 ingredients—no flour, no butter, and no mixer needed! Perfect for when you need a sweet fix FAST.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (use regular, not natural—it needs to be emulsified)

  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar (or white sugar for a crisper texture)

  • 1 large egg

*(Optional add-ins: 1 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt, or chocolate chips!)*


Instructions

  1. Prep – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix – In a bowl, stir together peanut butter, brown sugar, and egg until smooth and thick. (If dough feels too sticky, chill for 10 min.)

  3. Shape – Roll dough into 1-inch balls, place on the baking sheet, and flatten slightly with a fork in a crisscross pattern.

  4. Bake – 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. (They’ll look soft but firm up as they cool!)

  5. Cool – Let rest on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.


Tips for Success

✔ Use regular peanut butter (like Jif or Skippy) for best texture—natural PB can make cookies oily.
✔ Don’t overbake! They’ll firm up as they cool.
✔ For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking.
