5-Minute Candied Walnuts (Sweet & Crunchy!) 🍯🌰

These quick candied walnuts are the perfect sweet, crunchy topping for salads, desserts, or snacking—ready in just 5 minutes with 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts (or pecans/almonds)

  • 2 tbsp sugar (white or brown)

  • 1 tbsp butter (or coconut oil)

  • Optional: Pinch of salt, cinnamon, or cayenne for spice

Instructions

  1. Toast Nuts – In a nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  2. Add Sugar – Stir in walnuts + sugar, coating evenly.

  3. Caramelize – Cook 3-4 mins, stirring constantly, until sugar melts and nuts turn glossy.

  4. Cool – Spread on parchment paper to harden (they crisp as they cool).

Tips

🔥 For extra flavor, add vanilla extract or a sprinkle of sea salt.
🍎 Toss on yogurt, oatmeal, or apple slices for a gourmet touch.
