Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes is a quick, flavorful, and easy-to-make meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights or weekend dinners! Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

Ingredients:

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak (or any steak of your choice), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Potatoes:

  • 4 medium russet or baby potatoes, diced into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the air fryer:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.

2. Prepare the potatoes:

  • In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  • Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook for about 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

3. Prepare the steak bites:

  • While the potatoes are cooking, season the steak bites with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • After the potatoes have cooked for about 15 minutes, carefully remove them from the air fryer basket and set them aside.
  • Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

4. Cook the steak bites:

  • Air fry the steak bites at 400°F (200°C) for about 7-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, aim for 7 minutes, and for medium, cook closer to 10 minutes.

5. Garlic butter sauce:

  • While the steak bites are cooking, melt the butter in a small skillet or microwave. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 1 minute, just until fragrant. Set aside.

6. Combine and serve:

  • Once the steak bites are done, pour the garlic butter over the steak bites and toss them to coat evenly.
  • Serve the steak bites alongside the crispy potatoes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
