Air Fryer Poached Eggs
Perfectly runny yolks, no swirling water, and no fuss!
Ingredients & Tools
- Fresh eggs (as many as you need)
- Silicone egg molds or ramekins (oven-safe)
- Water (for the molds)
- Cooking spray or oil (to prevent sticking)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Air Fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly grease silicone molds or ramekins with oil or spray.
2️⃣ Add Eggs & Water
- Crack 1 egg per mold.
- Add 1 tsp of water on top of each egg (helps steam them).
3️⃣ Air Fry
- Place molds in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for:
- 5-6 mins for runny yolks (perfect for eggs Benedict).
- 7-8 mins for jammy yolks.
- 9+ mins for firm yolks.
4️⃣ Remove & Serve
- Carefully lift eggs out with a spoon.
- Drain excess water, then slide onto toast, salads, or bowls.
