  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  1. Simmer spices – Boil water, add ginger, lemongrass, and cinnamon. Reduce heat, cover, and steep 5-10 mins (longer = stronger).

  2. Strain & enhance – Pour into a cup, add honey/lemon if desired.
