Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (120g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (60g) cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped green onions or chives (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or quiche pan.
  2. Prepare the egg mixture:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk until smooth.
    • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake:
    • Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish.
