🍔 Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders

(Makes 12 sliders – perfect for game day or parties!)

🔥 Why You’ll Love These:

  • Juicy, cheesy, and packed with flavor

  • Easy to make ahead – great for feeding a crowd!

  • The buttery, garlicky topping takes them over the top

🧾 Ingredients

For the Sliders:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best juiciness)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 6 slices American cheese (or cheddar)

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls (or slider buns)

  • 6 slices cooked bacon, cut in half

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

  • ¼ cup (½ stick) butter, melted

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (or sesame seeds + poppy seeds)

Toppings (Optional):

  • Sliced pickles

  • Ketchup & mustard

  • Thinly sliced red onion

📝 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Beef & Bacon

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Drain and cut into halves. Set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat, breaking it into small crumbles.

  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

2️⃣ Assemble the Sliders

  1. Cut the rolls in half (keep them connected if possible). Place the bottom half in a baking dish.

  2. Spread the cooked beef evenly over the rolls.

  3. Layer cheese slices on top, then add bacon pieces.

  4. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.

3️⃣ Add the Garlic Butter Topping

  1. Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  2. Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.

  3. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

4️⃣ Bake & Serve

  1. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.

  2. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes until golden and melty.

  3. Slice into individual sliders and serve with pickles, ketchup, and mustard!

💡 Pro Tips

  • Make ahead: Assemble (without butter topping), cover, and refrigerate. Bake when ready!

  • Extra cheesy? Add a layer of shredded cheese under the beef.

  • Spicy kick? Add jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the beef.

These sliders are always a hit—perfect for parties, game day, or a fun family dinner! 🏈🔥

Want a lighter version? Swap ground beef for ground turkey and use low-fat cheese. 😊
