Here’s a delicious and easy Banana Split Fluff recipe—a light, creamy, and fruity dessert that’s perfect for summer gatherings or potlucks!

Banana Split Fluff Salad

Servings: 8-10

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box banana cream instant pudding mix

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

  • 2-3 ripe bananas, sliced

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

  • 1/4 cup maraschino cherries, chopped (for garnish)

  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the pudding mix with the drained pineapple juice (if any remains) or 1/4 cup milk to thicken slightly.

  2. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.

  3. Gently stir in the crushed pineapple, marshmallows, strawberries, and banana slices.

  4. Add nuts if using.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld.

  6. Before serving, top with cherries and a drizzle of chocolate syrup (if desired).

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve in a large bowl or individual dessert cups.

  • Great with vanilla wafers or graham crackers on the side.

  • For extra indulgence, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
