Ingredients

  • 1 box (3 oz) Jello (any flavor)
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) boiling water
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) cold liquor (e.g., vodka, rum, tequila, or flavored liqueur)
  • Optional: Sprinkles or edible glitter for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Jello mixture:
    • In a heatproof bowl, dissolve the Jello powder in the boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
    • Stir in the cold liquor until well combined.
  2. Pour into molds:
    • Pour the mixture into silicone candy molds or a shallow dish lined with parchment paper. If using a dish, the mixture should be about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Chill:
    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  4. Unmold and decorate:
    • Carefully pop the candy melts out of the molds or cut them into small squares if using a dish.
    • Decorate with sprinkles or edible glitter if desired.
  5. Serve:
    • Serve chilled and enjoy responsibly!
