For the Pasta & Beef:

For the Creamy Alfredo-Velveeta Sauce:

2 cups heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter version)

4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

½ cup grated Parmesan

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp Cajun seasoning (extra kick!)

Instructions
1️⃣ Cook Pasta & Beef

Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.

In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion, bell pepper, garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
2️⃣ Make the Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, Velveeta, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning.
