This Caramelized Pear and Blue Cheese Salad sounds absolutely delicious! 😍 Here’s a simple way to put it all together:

Instructions:

  1. Caramelize the pears:

    • In a medium-sized pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
    • Add the sliced pears to the pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes, until they start to soften and brown slightly.
    • Drizzle the honey or maple syrup over the pears and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until they are nicely caramelized and glossy. Remove from heat.
  2. Assemble the salad:

    • In a large salad bowl, toss the mixed greens.
    • Gently add the caramelized pears on top of the greens.
  3. Add the blue cheese:

    • Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese evenly over the salad.
  4. Serve:

    • Optionally, drizzle with extra honey, balsamic glaze, or your favorite dressing. Serve immediately while the pears are still warm, or chill for a cooler salad experience!
