Ingredients (Serves 4)

1 medium green cabbage, cut into 1-inch thick “steaks”

½ tsp salt & black pepper

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan blend)

2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional, for extra crispiness)

1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep Cabbage

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice cabbage into 1-inch thick rounds (keep the core intact to hold slices together).

Brush both sides with olive oil and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
2️⃣ Season

Sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Roast

4️⃣ Add Cheese
