Instructions:
- Prepare Chicken:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast by slicing horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Prepare Filling:
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until the mushrooms are tender and browned.
