🧀 Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Rounds

📝 Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced into ¼-inch rounds

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional but recommended)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Optional upgrades:

  • Red pepper flakes for heat

  • Thinly sliced basil or oregano

  1. Prep zucchini:
