Chicken Avocado Wrap 🥑🍗

A quick, healthy, and delicious wrap packed with tender chicken, creamy avocado, crisp veggies, and a zesty lime dressing—perfect for lunch or a light dinner!

Ingredients:

For the Wrap:

  • 2 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat/carb-smart)

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or sliced (grilled, rotisserie, or baked)

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed

  • ½ cup shredded lettuce (or spinach/arugula)

  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, diced

  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp feta cheese (optional, or sub cotija)

For the Lime Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (or sour cream/mayo)

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp cumin

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Bacon bits

  • Sliced jalapeños

  • Hot sauce or sriracha


Instructions:

  1. Prep the Dressing:

    • In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Assemble the Wrap:

    • Warm the tortillas slightly (microwave 10 sec or pan-toast for crispiness).

    • Spread a layer of avocado (mashed or sliced) on each tortilla.

    • Add chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and feta.

    • Drizzle with the lime dressing.

  3. Fold & Serve:

    • Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly.
