Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 can (biscuits, 8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, shredded cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  3. Assemble the Casserole:
    • Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
    • Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Scatter the biscuit pieces evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.
  4. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through, and the filling is bubbly.
  5. Serve:
    • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
