Beat butter + sugars until fluffy. Mix in milk, vanilla, and salt.

Press ⅔ of the dough into the pan’s bottom (save the rest for topping).
3️⃣ Add Ice Cream Layer:

Spread softened ice cream over the dough.

Sprinkle crushed cookies (if using). Freeze 1 hour.
4️⃣ Top & Freeze:

Crumble remaining cookie dough over the ice cream.
