No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Bites 🍫🥜

These 5-minute energy bites are packed with protein, fiber, and natural sweetness—perfect for a quick snack, post-workout boost, or healthy dessert!

Ingredients (Makes ~15 bites)

  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)

  • ⅓ cup honey (or maple syrup)

  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed (or chia seeds)

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (or cacao nibs)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional, for extra chocolate flavor)

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

1️⃣ Mix

  • In a bowl, stir together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Add oats, flaxseed, cocoa powder (if using), and salt. Mix well.

  • Fold in chocolate chips.

2️⃣ Chill

  • Refrigerate dough for 20-30 mins (to firm up).

3️⃣ Roll

  • Scoop ~1 tbsp portions and roll into balls.

  • Optional: Roll in extra cocoa powder, shredded coconut, or crushed nuts.

4️⃣ Store

  • Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for 1 month.
