These Dill Pickle Cheese Balls are the ultimate no-cook appetizer—creamy, tangy, and packed with crunchy pickle bits! Perfect for parties, game day, or a quick snack, they come together in minutes and deliver bold flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup finely chopped dill pickles (plus 2 Tbsp pickle juice)

  • ¼ cup finely diced red onion

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried dill (plus extra for coating)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ cup crushed pretzels or chopped nuts (for rolling, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, pickle juice, red onion, garlic powder, dried dill, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.

  2. Scoop the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls (or shape into one large cheese ball).

  3. If desired, roll each ball in crushed pretzels, chopped nuts, or extra dried dill for extra crunch and flavor.

  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 days) before serving.
