Condensed Milk Snow Cookies

Posted on December 27, 2024

Here’s a simple and delightful recipe for Condensed Milk Snow Cookies. These soft, melt-in-your-mouth cookies are perfect for holiday gatherings or as an everyday sweet treat!

Condensed Milk Snow Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (plus extra for coating)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients
    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, sweetened condensed milk, and powdered sugar together until light and creamy.
  3. Incorporate Dry Ingredients
    • Sift in the flour and salt. Add vanilla extract if desired. Mix until a soft, smooth dough forms.
  4. Shape the Cookies
    • Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the cookies are just set. Avoid browning; they should remain pale.
  6. Cool and Coat
    • Let the cookies cool slightly (about 5 minutes), then roll them in powdered sugar while still warm. For extra sweetness, roll them again once fully cooled.

Tips

  • Flavor Variations: Add a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon for a festive touch.
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • Presentation: For a wintry look, dust them with extra powdered sugar right before serving.

Enjoy these delicate, snowy treats with a warm cup of tea or coffee! ❄️🍪
