Ingredients

2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced (or 4 Persian cucumbers)

½ small red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)

1 tsp sugar (or honey)

½ tsp salt (plus extra for sprinkling)

Instructions

Prep the cucumbers:
