Crack Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

  • For the Burgers:
    • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
    • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or homemade)
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 4 hamburger buns
    • Sliced cheese (optional)
  • For the Toppings:
    • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
    • 1 cup shredded lettuce
    • 1 cup diced tomatoes
    • Sliced pickles
    • Your favorite burger sauce (ranch, barbecue, or a creamy dressing)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Mixture:
    • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  2. Form the Patties:
    • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, slightly larger than the buns.
  3. Cook the Burgers:
    • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness. If using cheese, add it in the last minute of cooking to melt.
  4. Assemble the Burgers:
    • Toast the hamburger buns if desired. Place each patty on a bun and top with crumbled bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and your favorite sauce.
  5. Serve:
