Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms (white or cremini)
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme on both sides.
- Cook the Mushrooms:
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- If desired, turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes to achieve a golden brown top.
- Garnish and Serve:
