Instructions:

  1. Whisk the cream:

    • In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks (you can do this with a hand mixer or stand mixer).
  2. Prepare the creamy filling:

    • In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt (or mascarpone), powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. If you’re using lemon juice, add it here for a bit of tang.
