Creamy Lobster Spaghetti 🍝🦞

Indulge in this luxurious yet easy-to-make Creamy Lobster Spaghetti—a rich, velvety pasta dish with tender lobster meat in a garlicky white wine cream sauce. Perfect for a special date night or an impressive dinner party!

Ingredients

*(Serves 2-4)*

  • 8 oz spaghetti (or linguine)

  • 2 cooked lobster tails (or 1 lb lobster meat)

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup dry white wine (like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.

  2. Prepare the Lobster: If using whole lobster tails, remove meat from shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Make the Sauce:

    • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

    • Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

    • Pour in white wine and simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.

    • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

  4. Combine Everything:

    • Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat. If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.

    • Gently fold in lobster meat and lemon juice. Heat for 1-2 minutes (don’t overcook the lobster).

  5. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately with a side of crusty bread!

Tips for Success

✔ Lobster Alternatives: Use shrimp or scallops if lobster isn’t available.
✔ No Wine? Substitute with chicken broth + 1 tsp lemon juice.
✔ Extra Richness: Add a splash of truffle oil at the end.

This dish is decadent, restaurant-worthy, and surprisingly simple to make. Perfect for impressing someone special! 😍
