Crispy Bacon
Ingredients:
- Bacon strips (as many as you need)
Method 1: Oven-Baked Bacon
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Baking Sheet:
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. You can also place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet if you want extra crispiness (this allows the grease to drain off).
- Arrange the Bacon:
- Lay the bacon strips in a single layer on the baking sheet or wire rack. Make sure the strips don’t overlap.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your bacon. Check halfway through and rotate the pan if needed.
- Drain and Serve:
