Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, dried rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
