Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
  2. 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Combine the Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and honey/maple syrup until smooth and well incorporated. If you prefer a sweeter mousse, adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more honey or syrup.
  2. Chill: For the best texture and flavor, refrigerate the mousse for about 30 minutes to an hour to allow it to firm up slightly and chill.
  3. Serve: Spoon into small serving dishes and enjoy immediately, or top with some fresh berries, a sprinkle of cocoa powder, or shaved chocolate if desired.
