Dump-and-Bake Chicken Alfredo Tortellini Casserole 🧀🍝

This 5-minute prep casserole is the ultimate comfort food—cheesy tortellini, tender chicken, and creamy Alfredo sauce all baked to perfection. No boiling, no fuss—just dump, bake, and devour!


📝 Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini (no need to boil!)

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken = easy!)

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen) or crispy bacon bits


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Dump: In the dish, combine uncooked tortellini, chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half the cheeses. Stir gently.
