Easter Magic Jell-O Pie – A Colorful & Creamy Spring Delight!
This Easter Jell-O Pie is a vibrant, fruity, and creamy no-bake dessert, featuring layered pastel Jell-O flavors on a buttery graham cracker crust. The perfect sweet treat to brighten up your Easter table!
Ingredients
● 1 pre-made graham cracker crust ● 1 (3 oz) box lemon Jell-O ● 1 (3 oz) box grape Jell-O ● 1 (3 oz) box berry blue Jell-O ● 1 cup boiling water (for each Jell-O flavor) ● 1 cup cold water (for each Jell-O flavor) ● 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed ● Pastel sprinkles or mini marshmallows (for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the Jell-O Layers – In separate bowls, dissolve each Jell-O flavor in 1 cup boiling water, then stir in 1 cup cold water. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until slightly thickened but not fully set.
Fold in Cool Whip – Once slightly set, gently fold ⅓ of the Cool Whip into each bowl of Jell-O until creamy and fluffy.
Layer the Pie – Pour the lemon Jell-O mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, then repeat with the grape Jell-O and finally the berry blue Jell-O, allowing each layer to chill before adding the next.
Chill & Set – Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until fully set.
Decorate & Serve – Top with extra Cool Whip, pastel sprinkles, or mini marshmallows for a festive touch. Slice and enjoy!
Bright, fruity, and irresistibly creamy—this no-bake pie is the ultimate Easter dessert
The picture of the pie does not match the directions. The layers would be clear. It’s obvious you have mixed cream cheese and cool whip into each layer of the jello. Can you post the real recipe to match please.
I thought so too, but then I read the directions and it says to fold in cool whip after the jello has slightly set.
That makes sense, then it would look like the picture, right 😊
This does not look right.
please explain why is that so we can improve <3
What doesn’t look right? Picture matches directions.
Looks like something was omitted from recipe. Jello looks like it had something else added to it.
