  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

Icing:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
  2. Prepare Dough:
    • In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick baking mix, milk, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until a soft dough forms.
    • Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently for a few minutes.
    • Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
