📝 Ingredients
- 1 cup (90g) rolled oats (certified GF if needed)
- 1 cup (200-250ml) warm water (adjust for consistency)
- ½ small pumpkin (400g) – peeled, grated (or cooked & mashed)
- 1 tbsp sweetener (honey/maple syrup/erythritol – optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional but delicious)
- 1 pinch salt
- (Optional add-ins: 1 tbsp chia seeds, nuts, or raisins)

1. Prep the Pumpkin
- If using raw pumpkin, grate it finely.
- If using cooked pumpkin, mash it well (no lumps).
2. Mix the Batter
- In a bowl, combine oats, pumpkin, sweetener, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add warm water until you get a thick, porridge-like consistency.
- (Let sit 5 mins if needed—oats will absorb moisture.)
3. Bake
- Option 1 (Oven):
- Preheat to 350°F (180°C).
