Frozen Oreo Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 14.3 ounces Oreo cookies (about 1 package)
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Oreo Crust:

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. You can do this by pulsing them in a food processor or placing them in a zip-top bag and using a rolling pin.
  • In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the Oreo-butter mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish or a similar-sized pan to form a crust. Set aside.

2. Make the Creamy Filling:

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk to the cream cheese mixture and continue to beat until smooth and combined.

3. Whip the Cream:

  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form (this will give your dessert a fluffy texture).
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese and condensed milk mixture until fully combined.

4. Assemble the Dessert:

  • Pour the creamy mixture over the prepared Oreo crust in the baking dish.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula to evenly spread the filling.

5. Freeze:

  • Freeze the dessert for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

6. Serve:

  • Once frozen, slice and serve this creamy, frozen Oreo dessert! You can garnish with extra crushed Oreos on top, if desired.

Tips:

  • Add Toppings: You can drizzle some chocolate syrup or melted fudge over the top for extra flavor.
  • Make it Vegan: Use dairy-free cream cheese and a dairy-free whipping cream alternative if needed.
  • Store it Properly: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.

This Frozen Oreo Dessert is a perfect treat for hot days or a crowd-pleasing party dessert. Enjoy the rich, creamy layers with that irresistible Oreo crunch! 🍪🍦
