Fruit & Yogurt Parfait 🍓🥣

A quick, healthy, and delicious layered parfait perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert! Packed with protein, fiber, and natural sweetness.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

  • 1/4 cup granola (or nuts/seeds for low-carb)

  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh fruit (berries, banana, mango, etc.)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)

  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)

How to Layer

  1. Yogurt Base: Spoon half the yogurt into a glass or bowl.

  2. Fruit Layer: Add a layer of mixed fruit.

  3. Crunchy Middle: Sprinkle granola (or nuts/seeds).

  4. Repeat: Add remaining yogurt, more fruit, and top with granola.

  5. Drizzle & Spice: Finish with honey, chia seeds, or cinnamon.

Variations

  • Tropical: Mango + pineapple + coconut flakes

  • Berry Bliss: Strawberries + blueberries + raspberries

  • Apple Pie: Diced apples + cinnamon + walnuts
