- 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs (crushed + whole)
- Pastel sprinkles (optional)

1. Bake the Cake
- Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch pan and line with parchment paper.
- Dry ingredients: Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Wet ingredients: In another bowl, beat eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Add coffee: Slowly stir in hot coffee (batter will be thin). Pour into prepared pan.

2. Make the Ganache
