Garlic Butter Lobster-Filled Jumbo Pasta Shells

Creamy, buttery, and packed with succulent lobster—this dish is pure luxury in every bite!

Ingredients:

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells

  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning (or paprika)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Extra Parmesan & melted butter (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta Shells:

    • Boil the jumbo shells in salted water until al dente (about 10-12 mins). Drain and set aside.

  2. Make the Garlic Butter Lobster Filling:

    • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (30 sec).

    • Stir in lobster meat, heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, Old Bay, and a pinch of salt & pepper. Cook for 2-3 mins until creamy.

  3. Stuff the Shells:

    • Gently fill each pasta shell with the lobster mixture.

  4. Serve & Garnish:

    • Drizzle with extra melted butter, sprinkle with Parmesan, and garnish with fresh parsley.

    • Optional: Broil for 2-3 mins for a golden top.

Tips:

  • Substitute: Use shrimp or crab if lobster isn’t available.

  • Make it fancy: Serve with a side of garlic bread or a crisp white wine.
