🍽️ Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on or off)

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

👩🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the shrimp: Pat dry and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
2️⃣ Make the sauce: In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Coat the shrimp: Pour sauce over shrimp, tossing gently to coat.
4️⃣ Bake: At 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 mins until shrimp are pink and opaque.
5️⃣ Broil (optional): For a golden top, broil 1-2 mins.
6️⃣ Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges and crusty bread or over pasta.

💡 Pro Tips

✔ For extra flavor, marinate shrimp in the sauce for 15 mins before baking.
✔ Don’t overcook! Shrimp turn rubbery if baked too long.
✔ Make it creamy: Stir in 2 tbsp heavy cream or mayo to the sauce.
