Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and loaded with garlicky, cheesy flavor!
Ingredients

2 lbs baby potatoes (halved or quartered)

3 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp paprika (optional for smokiness)

½ tsp salt (or to taste)

¼ tsp black pepper
-
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Prep the Potatoes

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash and dry potatoes, then cut into even-sized pieces.

Season & Toss

In a large bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add ½ of the Parmesan cheese and toss until well coated.

Roast to Perfection

Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet (use parchment paper for easy cleanup).

Roast for 25 minutes, then flip and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.

Roast 10-15 more minutes until golden and crispy.
