Natural Constipation Relief Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk (soluble fiber bulks stool)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (absorbs water, promotes motility)

  • 1 cup warm water (or coconut water for electrolytes)

  • 1 tsp honey (optional, mild laxative + sweetness)

  • Juice of ½ lemon (stimulates bile production)

  • 1–2 chopped prunes or 1 fig (natural sorbitol softens stool)


Instructions

  1. Soak seeds – In a glass, mix psyllium, chia, and flaxseeds with warm water. Stir well and let sit for 2–3 minutes (forms a gel).

  2. Add extras – Stir in honey, lemon juice, and chopped prunes/fig.

  3. Drink immediately – Follow with another glass of water (fiber works best with hydration!).

Wait 6–12 hours for results (timing varies by metabolism).
