Gluten-Free Homemade Pepperoni Pizza Crackers

📝 Ingredients

For the Crackers:

  • 1 ½ cups gluten-free all-purpose flour (like Bob’s Red Mill 1:1)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for dairy-free)

  • ¼ cup cold butter (or dairy-free alternative), cubed

  • 3-4 tbsp cold water

For the Toppings:

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup finely chopped pepperoni (or turkey pepperoni)

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste (or sugar-free pizza sauce)

  • ½ tsp dried oregano

  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the Dough:

  1. In a food processor, pulse GF flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, baking powder, and Parmesan until combined.

  2. Add cold butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  3. Slowly add cold water, 1 tbsp at a time, until dough comes together (should be firm but pliable).

2. Roll & Cut:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Roll dough ⅛-inch thick between two sheets of parchment.

  3. Cut into 1-inch squares (or use a pizza cutter for rustic shapes).

3. Add Toppings:

  1. Lightly brush crackers with tomato paste.

  2. Sprinkle with mozzarella, pepperoni, and oregano.

  3. Gently press toppings into dough.

4. Bake & Cool:

  1. Bake 12-15 mins until golden and crispy.

  2. Let cool 10 mins—they’ll crisp up further!
