Gluten-Free Strawberry Clusters 🍓✨

A simple, no-bake treat that combines juicy strawberries, rich chocolate, and crunchy granola—perfect for snacks, desserts, or edible gifts!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free granola (ensure certified GF)

  • ½ cup melted dark or milk chocolate (dairy-free if needed)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for smoother chocolate)

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced (or freeze-dried for extra crunch)

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • Pinch of sea salt

(Optional: Add shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or chia seeds!)

Instructions

1. Prep the Strawberries

  • If using fresh strawberries, pat them dry after dicing to prevent soggy clusters.

  • If using freeze-dried, crush lightly for texture.

2. Mix the Base

  • In a bowl, combine GF granola, diced strawberries, and a pinch of salt.

  • Drizzle with honey/maple syrup if using.

3. Add Chocolate

  • Melt chocolate + coconut oil in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.

  • Pour over the granola mix and gently fold until everything is coated.

4. Form Clusters

  • Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined tray.

  • Sprinkle with extra strawberries or sea salt for flair.

5. Chill & Set

  • Refrigerate 15–20 mins until firm.
