Ingredients
For the Shrimp:
- 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on, optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
For the Lemon-Herb Aioli:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions
Prepare the Shrimp:
