Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans (drained and rinsed)

Instructions
- Brown the Meat:
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
