Low-Point Baileys Irish Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or low-fat milk)
  • 1 cup Irish whiskey
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee (optional)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional, for creaminess)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients:
    • In a blender, combine the almond milk, Irish whiskey, sugar-free chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and instant coffee (if using).
  2. Blend:
    • Blend until smooth and well combined. If you want a creamier texture, add the heavy cream and blend again.

  4. Store:
