Ricotta Filling:

15 oz whole-milk ricotta cheese

12 lasagna noodles (oven-ready or boiled)

Instructions
1. Make the Meat Sauce

In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat, breaking into small pieces. Drain excess fat.

2. Prepare Ricotta Filling
In a bowl, mix:
