Melt-In-Your-Mouth Caesar Chicken

Crispy, juicy, and bursting with garlic-Parmesan flavor, this easy Caesar chicken is so tender it practically falls apart with each bite. Perfect for weeknights but fancy enough for guests!

Ingredients (Serves 4)

For the Chicken:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • ½ cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs (or crushed croutons for extra Caesar flavor)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

For Serving (Optional):
  • Extra Caesar dressing

  • Lemon wedges

  • Chopped parsley

  • Shaved Parmesan


Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Chicken:

  • Pound chicken breasts to even thickness (about ½ inch) for even cooking. Pat dry.

2️⃣ Coat & Crust:

  • Brush both sides of chicken with Caesar dressing.

  • In a bowl, mix Panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper. Press chicken into the mixture, coating well.

3️⃣ Cook to Perfection:

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add chicken and cook 4-5 mins per side until golden and crispy.

  • Optional: Finish in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 5 mins if thicker cuts need extra cooking.

4️⃣ Serve & Devour:

  • Drizzle with extra dressing, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
